Policy on use of questions submitted
- I am soliciting questions through this website for podcast recordings in order to maximize the access that the general public have to the views of those who have been and/or are currently involved in responding to the situation in Darfur.
- Each podcast recording will be conducted within a limited window of time, so to maximize the time available I may:
– Combine multiple versions of what is substantively the same question
– Re-phrase unclear questions and/or shorten unnecessarily lengthy questions.
- Where the volume of questions submitted means that, even after doing the above, there is still not enough time to ask all the questions that have been submitted, then I will have to use some discretion in selecting which questions to ask. In such cases I will prioritize for inclusion those questions of broadest interest to the general public.

* انني اطلب اسئلة من خلال هذا الموقع لتسجيلات نشرية وذلك لزيادة فرص حصول العامة على رؤى الذين كانوا و\او لازالوا حاليا منخرطين في الاستجابة للوضع في دارفور.
* كل تسجيل للنشر سوف يتم القيام به خلال فترة زمنية محددة, لذلك لزيادة الزمن المتاح قد:
– اقوم بدمج الصيغ المتعددة لما هو جوهريا نفس السؤال
– اعيد صياغة الاسئلة غير الواضحة و\او اختصر الاسئلة المطولة بصورة غير ضرورية.
* حينما يكون حجم الاسئلة المقدمة يعني انه لا يوجد, حتى بعد القيام بما هو موضح اعلاه, زمن كافي لطرح كل الاسئلة المقدمة, فانه يجب علي ان امارس سلطة تقديرية في اختيار الاسئلة التي اطرحها. في مثل هذه الحالات, سوف افضل ادراج الاسئلة ذات المصلحة الاوسع للعامة.
